When you're ready to place an order, here's what you need to know about payment options:
- You can only use one credit or debit card per order.
- If you're using a Bath & Body Works gift card, you can also use another payment method to cover any remaining balance. Up to two gift cards can be applied per order. Please retain your gift card until you receive your order, as it may be needed for adjustments or cancellations.
- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express gift cards are processed as credit cards and cannot be combined with another credit or debit card on the same order.

- Bath & Body Works and White Barn Gift Cards (including eGift Cards)
If you're ordering through our Customer Care team by chat or phone, we'll use PCI Pal or Pay By Link to process your payment.
Depending on how you're ordering, you'll complete your payment in one of the following ways:
- Chat: Your associate will provide a secure payment link.
- Phone: You'll either receive a payment link by email or enter your payment information through an automated system while your associate remains on the line
Please note: PayPal and Apple Pay are not accepted for orders placed through Customer Care by chat or phone.
Saved Payment Methods
For a faster checkout, you can securely save your credit card information in your registered account. Add a card during checkout or through My Payment Methods in your account dashboard. You can also edit or delete saved payment methods at any time. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Additional Payment Details
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears with your financial institution.
For your security, your 3 or 4-digit card CID number is required.
At the time of order, an authorization hold is placed on your card. You will not be fully charged until your order ships.
Credit Card Gift Cards (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex) can only be redeemed for orders less than or equal to the full amount available on the gift card. Prior to placing your order, Credit Card Gift Cards must be registered with the issuing bank noted on the card.
If your payment method is issued by a non-Canadian bank, your purchase may be subject to currency exchange rates and fees. Contact your bank for details.
Child support payment cards and other government-issued prepaid debit cards are not accepted.
