Is Buy Online Pick Up In Store available at my store?
It's easy to find out! Just set your local store, then add items to your bag for pickup.
Please note: Due to high demand, your participating store may not offer Buy Online Pick Up In Store on some promotional days.
When will my order be ready for pickup—and how will I know?
Typically, within four business hours, but don't leave until you get the ready-for-pickup email! If your order is placed near or after store closing, it will be available for pickup the next store-open day.

I can’t find my order confirmation email. Where is it?
Check your junk mail or spam folder—our emails sometimes like to hide there instead of your inbox.
What do I need to pick up my order?
A government-issued ID or the ready-for-pickup email. You can also designate someone to pick up your order during online checkout.
Where do I pick up my order?
You’ll need to go inside the store. Once you’re there, see any associate and they’ll take care of you!
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, you may name an alternate pickup person during checkout or forward your order confirmation email. If a person was named at checkout, they must bring the order confirmation email or their government-issued ID. If the person was not named at checkout, they must bring the order confirmation email.
How long do I have to pick up my order? Can I extend my pick up timeframe?
Once your order is ready, 5 days. If it’s not picked up by then, we’ll cancel it.
The pick up timeframe cannot be extended. If you can't pick up your order within the timeframe another option is to have a friend or family member pick it up for you! They'll just need to show the ready for pick up email to an associate at the store.
When will I get charged for my pickup order?
At pickup! Note: an authorization hold will be placed on your debit or credit card when you order. If you paid by a gift card, your gift card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order on time?
It will automatically be canceled after 5 days and a cancelation email will be sent. If you paid by a debit or credit card, your statement may reflect an authorization. This is not a charge. In most cases, it will fall off your account within 3 to 5 business days. Contact your financial institution if you have any issues. If you paid by a gift card, an e-gift card will be sent to you.
Can I change my pickup location?
No. If you cannot pick up your order, you may forward your order confirmation email to an alternate pickup person.
Why was some or all of my order canceled?
When an order is canceled, it’s usually because it wasn’t picked up within the time frame, the item(s) is no longer available at that store or you canceled some or all of it. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged for any canceled items!
Can I participate in store-only promotions with Buy Online Pick Up In Store?
Sorry! These promotions are only available if you shop in the store and aren’t eligible for pick-up orders.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can’t cancel or change your order online, but you can exchange or cancel part or all of your order in store. If you paid with a debit or credit card, your statement may reflect an authorization. This is not a charge. In most cases, it will fall off your account within 3 to 5 business days. Contact your financial institution if you have any concerns. If you paid with a gift card, a new e-gift card will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Will I get a paper receipt?
No, but your pickup-confirmation email will serve as your receipt. If you can’t find it in your inbox, check your junk mail or spam folder.
Do I have to pay shipping fees if some items are shipped to my home and some are for pickup?
Items shipped to home will be charged applicable shipping fees. There are no additional charges for items/orders designated for pickup.
What do I do if I have an issue with my Buy Online Pick Up In Store order (item damaged, missing from bag, etc.)?
